First Nations Solar Development Partnership
Advised a First Nations community on the structuring and financing of a utility-scale solar project. Coordinated equity participation, government program access, and long-term offtake arrangements. The project established a new revenue stream for the community and a replicable model for future clean energy development.
Indigenous Participation in Regional Infrastructure
Providing ongoing advisory to an Indigenous enterprise seeking meaningful equity participation in a major regional infrastructure project. Our work spans negotiation strategy, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement with government and institutional partners.
Community Commercial Development
Structured the financing and development partnership for a community-owned commercial real estate asset. The project created long-term lease income, local employment, and a community-controlled asset base — demonstrating the viability of Indigenous-led real estate development at scale.
Resource Revenue Participation Agreement
Advised a First Nation on the negotiation and structuring of a revenue participation agreement with a natural resource developer. Our work ensured the community received fair economic terms, retained governance rights, and built internal capacity to manage long-term revenue flows.
